Import an Entity-Relationship Diagram in Compass在Compass中导入实体关系图

You can import an entity-relationship diagram into Compass from an .mdm file. Importing diagrams can be helpful for when you want to view or edit a diagram that a collaborator shares in Compass.您可以从.mdm文件将实体关系图导入Compass。当您想查看或编辑合作者在Compass中共享的图表时，导入图表会很有帮助。

Before You Begin开始之前

To import your entity-relationship diagram, follow the procedures to export your diagram as a .mdm file. Compass can import an entity-relationship diagram only from .mdm files and cannot import diagrams from PNG or JSON files.要导入实体关系图，请按照以下步骤将图导出为.mdm文件。Compass只能从mdm文件导入实体关系图，不能从PNG或JSON文件导入图。

Open the Data Modeling tab打开“数据建模”选项卡

In the left sidebar, click Data Modeling.在左侧边栏中，单击“数据建模”。

Click Import Diagram单击“导入图表”

Select your import file选择导入文件

After you select the .mdm file you want to import, Compass displays the data model diagram in the Data Modeling tab.选择要导入的.mdm文件后，Compass将在“数据建模”选项卡中显示数据模型图。
